Under the "Nulkaba Farm"
brand we produce fresh and frozen poultry from both the barn and free range
production systems. Our product range includes chickens, spatchcocks, ducks and
quail. We intend producing game birds (partridge, pheasant and guinea fowl) in
season. Goose will also be produced for Christmas and Easter. As we are only a small operator concentrating on
producing a quality product, not all sizes or products may be available at all
times.
Free Range Chicken
In free range chickens we produce
whole birds only. We concentrate on the size ranges 18 - 25 (1.8 kg - 2.5 kg)
but produce larger chickens up to size 40 (4.0 kg) at Christmas and Easter. Whole
free range chickens are priced at $7.00 per kg.
Free range chicken liver is also
available at $6.00 per kg.
Boiling chickens (for soup, stock or
shredded meat) are $8.00 each.
Spatchcock
Spatchcocks are basically small
chickens (whole bird, single serve). We produce spatchcocks in the size ranges 4
- 7 (400 g - 700 g). Prices are as follows:

Free Range Duck
In free range ducks we produce whole
birds only. We concentrate on the size ranges 16 - 25 (1.6 kg - 2.5 kg) but
larger sizes may be available. Whole free range ducks are priced at $10.00 per
kg.
Free range duck liver is also
available at $7.00 per kg.
Boiling ducks (for soup, stock or
shredded meat) are $10.00 each.
Quail
Our quail product is a whole bird
and these are always packed four (4) birds per tray. Usual tray sizes range from
a total net weight of 750 g to 1 kg but other sizes may be available. Prices
vary according to size and are as follows:
